Software Engineer, Agent - Financial Services

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:

• We have genuine interest in Financial Services and improving the end customer experience.
• Experience in financial technology, implementations at financial institutions, working within these institutions, or familiarity with financial services security and compliance requirements is a strong plus.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production is a plus.
• Experience as a founder or founding engineer is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-agent tools such as evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is a plus.
• Previous roles involving customer interaction or leading technical projects with external stakeholders is a plus.

• We design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are highly performant, reliable, intuitive, and central to revenue-driving use cases.
• We own the full Agent Development Life Cycle, from early pilot through deployment and ongoing iteration.
• We build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments while helping define best practices for ADLC.
• We work directly with large enterprises to understand business challenges and create AI agents that improve how they operate at scale.
• We partner with cutting-edge startups to embed AI agents across their business stack and drive innovation and efficiency.
• We use direct customer work to inform the evolution of our core platform.
• We identify unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future of AI agent development.
• We contribute to example projects such as subscription churn solutions, customer interaction agents, industry-specific agent frameworks, new product initiatives, and large-scale voice model integrations.
