Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, and execute technical service work assignments.

• Provide daily technical support directly to customers via phone and email.

• Coordinate customer problem resolution across engineering, manufacturing, and parts departments.

• Dispatch field service technicians and manage the service department schedule.

• Trouble-shoot mechanical and electrical applications using complex engineering designs and wiring schematics.

• Establish service standards, workflows, and technician knowledge certifications.

• Conduct lab and internal product testing for customers.

• Manage machine punch-lists to minimize company warranty costs.
