Business Unit Corporate Finance Industry Healthcare Job Description Lead end-to-end execution of complex M&A transactions, coordinating business due diligence and guiding clients through every phase. Oversee creation of marketing collateral, confidential presentations, and management pitches that articulate clients' value propositions. Lead complex valuation and ad-hoc financial analyses, ensuring flawless historical and projected financial modeling. Build and maintain direct, trusted relationships with C‑suite clients, prospective clients, and key advisors in Employer Solutions and broader healthcare space. Supervise, mentor, and develop junior bankers, fostering a collaborative culture. Qualifications 6+ years of investment banking experience with a proven track record of hands‑on M&A execution; healthcare industry experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance, with extensive experience in financial modeling and valuation methodologies. Undergraduate degree with exemplary academic record from an accredited institution. Exceptional verbal, written, and public‑speaking skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives and boards.
