Arcade Associate

Role Overview Round One Entertainment seeks Customer Service Associates for the Amusement Department. These associates work in a fun environment involving video games, bowling, and karaoke. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys interacting with people. Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Staff handling alcohol must be at least 21 years old. Open availability is preferred. Benefits 1 hour to play (non-prize) arcade games per week. 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included). 1 hour of karaoke or billiards per week. 50% discount on food items per working shift. 1 complimentary beverage per working shift. Essential Duties Engage customers during assigned shifts to determine whether their needs are met. Maintain inventory levels for amusement games. Keep games and counters clean and attractive. Respond respectfully and politely to customer requests with a friendly demeanor. Answer general inquiries via phone. Perform special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned by management. Non-Essential Duties Enforce alcohol and age restrictions by company policies. Conduct lost and found procedures according to company policies. Seek continuous improvement and more efficient ways to perform departmental tasks. Maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and safe working area. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment. Work Environment Employees regularly work in a bowling center/arcade environment with high levels of noise, dust, and activity. The noise level is usually loud. Physical Demands Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and move in small spaces with high mobility and flexibility. Required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times, use hands/fingers to handle, feel, and reach.
