Job Description

IT Project Manager. Multiple openings. Manage projects across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including estimation, scheduling, resource tracking, and progress monitoring against baseline plans. Analyze business processes, operational gaps, and system workflows. Gather business requirements for new functionality, system enhancements, and system integrations. Develop functional specifications, requirements documentation, workflow diagrams. Create and execute test cases for batch and real-time processes. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies through RAID tracking, escalation, and regular status reporting. Work with AWS, REST, APIs, JSON, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, MS Visio, SQL, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall SDLC. Deliver complex enterprise technology solutions from initiation through deployment, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements. Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to collect requirements, align solutions, and manage communication across IT, development, operations, and product groups. Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies by maintaining RAID logs, tracking change requests, and proposing mitigation strategies. Perform testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, including production issue triage, root cause analysis, and coordination with infrastructure and vendor teams. Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks, track KPIs and velocity, and implement process optimizations based on outcome analysis. Work with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, ServiceNow, SharePoint, collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack), Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Tableau, Power BI for delivery metrics, AWS, Azure cloud, APIs, web services, SQL. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master's) and 2 years experience (or 2 years experience as Business Analyst, Software Developer, or related occupation). Must have 2 years experience analyzing business processes, operational gaps, and system workflows; Gathering business requirements for new functionality, system enhancements, and system integrations; Developing functional specifications, requirements documentation, workflow diagrams; Creating and executing test cases for batch and real-time processes; Managing risks, issues, and dependencies through RAID tracking, escalation, and regular status reporting; Working with AWS, REST, APIs, JSON, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, MS Visio, SQL, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall SDLC. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. Salary: $189,592/year.
