Clinical Specialist - Oncology & Infusion Care - Charlotte/Raleigh, NC or Washington D.C.

Becton Dickinson seeks a Clinical Specialist to support the oncology and infusion care business by delivering clinical education, training, and product implementation to hospital and outpatient customers across Charlotte, Raleigh, or Washington D.C.
Responsibilities
- Deliver initial and ongoing clinical education and training on hazardous drug safety portfolio in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Support product conversions through conversion management, assessments, and implementation activities
- Visit key customer accounts to drive retention and identify growth opportunities
- Provide subject matter expertise throughout the sales process and conduct regional nursing training
- Track activities and results in Salesforce and manage allocated travel and expense budget
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with bachelor's degree (BSN preferred)
- 3-5 years infusion experience including hazardous drug handling and administration
- Knowledge of oncology nursing standards, USP 797, and USP 800 compliance
- 3-5 years experience educating healthcare professionals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel up to 90% to service regional and national accounts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
