Are you a creative digital marketing professional who knows how to turn compelling content into measurable business results? Chromatique is seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Brand Specialist to bring its luxury beauty brands to life and help grow customer engagement, service bookings, and online sales.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both creating beautiful content and understanding the business results behind it. You will work directly with the owner from a dedicated office at the Bellevue location.

This position is full-time and 100% on-site in Bellevue. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.

What You’ll Do

Content & social media

• Manage social media content for Chromatique Salon, Chromatique Hair Co., and the upcoming Evée brand.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish photography, short-form video, Reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Maintain a content calendar at least two weeks ahead.
• Collaborate with salon professionals to capture services, products, events, and client experiences.
• Attend occasional evening and weekend events to capture content.

Brand & digital marketing

• Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and presentation across channels.
• Update website content and support growth of the online store.
• Develop campaigns promoting services, products, events, and brand launches.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, audience growth, and customer engagement.

Results & growth

• Create campaigns designed to increase online product sales and service bookings.
• Monitor engagement, follower growth, and marketing analytics.
• Use performance data to improve content and communicate results.

What You’ll Bring

Required qualifications

• At least TWO YEARS of professional experience managing social media and creating digital marketing content for a business or brand.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing business social media campaigns.
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and relevant content tools.
• Ability to interpret analytics, manage deadlines independently, and communicate professionally.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Bellevue and attend occasional evening or weekend events.

Preferred: Experience in beauty, fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle marketing; e-commerce or website content; paid digital advertising; influencer partnerships; or multiple brands.

Compensation & Commission

Starting pay: $27 per hour. In addition, earn monthly commission based on qualifying online store sales, net of returns. Progressive rates apply only to sales within each tier:

Illustrative monthly commissions: $5,000 in sales = $310; $10,000 = $710; $20,000 = $1,710. These are examples, not guaranteed earnings. Actual commission depends on qualifying sales.
