L2/L3 Production Support Engineer - Java Microservices

Primary Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications and microservices-based systems Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues within defined SLAs Support Java 21-based microservices deployed in Kubernetes environments Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for incident resolution and system stability Monitor application health, logs, and performance in production environments Support Angular-based front-end applications and resolve UI-related production issues Participate in incident management, change management, and release support activities Improve system observability, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms Required Skills Strong experience in Java 21 Hands-on experience with microservices architecture Experience working with Kubernetes in production environments Experience supporting Angular-based applications Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and RCA skills Proven experience in production support (L2/L3) environments Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Experience working in on-call or 24/7 support models Nice to Have Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace) Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Knowledge of REST APIs and distributed systems Scripting experience (Shell, Python) for automation and diagnostics #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
