About the role:
Ideal candidate : Likes the outdoors and small town living, wants a small town for kids, likes small town healthcare, and has some recent inpatient experience -someone who wants to live and be apart of the community long term Experienced physician needed, not new residents.

About the role:
- 42 bed hospital -no ICU in hospital, does general surgery
- no call4.5 day work weeks- primary care / family medicine / internal medicine - outpatient, some inpatient rounding if you want
- outpatient - 10 patients a day, then build up to 20 a day
- 1 NP, 1 PA, 3 MDs team
- 175-225k yr salary, PTO, benefits etc
