Customer Support Representative

Our client in Broomall is seeking a Customer Suppot Representative to join their team!

This position is NOT commission based. No cold calling required.

Job Details for Customer Support Representative :

• Monday-Friday 830am-5pm
• $22/HR
• Casual Dress Code
• Healthcare benefits after 30 days
• Paid weekly

Job Responsibilities for Customer Support Representative:

• Ability to answer phones in a clear, friendly and professional manner
• Assist with customer requests - Speciality Parts Research, Parts Availability, Order Processing, etc.
• Generating purchase orders; processing payments and credits
• Providing follow up and tracking upon request
• Follow-up with customers/vendors via email/phone to ensure they are happy with the services being offered

Job Requirements for Customer Support Representative :

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot or deescalate situations
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask
