Job 19105B: Personal Injury Paralegal

Boutique personal injury law firm is hiring a Paralegal to join their Essex County, New Jersey office.

The ideal candidate with have:

• 2+ years of New Jersey personal injury litigation experience

• Bilingual Spanish language skills, required

• Experience drafting motions and complaints, preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Draft various legal documents including complaints, discovery demands, motions, etc.

• Manage calendar and track litigation deadlines

• Obtain medical records

• Conduct legal research

• Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:

• Salary: $65K - $100K commensurate with experience

• Healthcare, dental, vision, PTO, profit sharing and 401K benefits

• Full-time in office: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Collaborative work environment
