Healey Brothers Chrysler Jeep Dodge is seeking an exceptional individual to work with our Service Team. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Details About This Position:

This position is a Full Time hourly position based at our Healey Brothers Chrysler Jeep Dodge location in Beacon, NY. The schedule for this position is a daytime 8-hour shift and Saturdays. Compensation will reflect the ideal candidate's experience.

What You Will Bring to the Table:

• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
• Excellent verbal/written communication
• Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours

What You Will Do:

• Communicate with customers
• Schedule appointments
• Process customer payments
• Assist Service Advisors
• Closing Repair Orders
• Create Purchase Orders
• Repair Order Prewrites
• Submitting extended warranty claims
• Processing rental contracts
• Performing general administrative duties and handling other clerical duties for the Service Team
