Instructional Designer | Curriculum Development and Design

ProSidian is seeking an Instructional Designer | Curriculum Development and Design for program support on a contract basis located in Los Fresnos, TX. This role supports the Los Fresnos Consolidated Independent School District (CISD), which serves approximately 10,565 students across 14 schools. Recognized for strong academic performance, the district offers 18 Advanced Placement courses and has been named a National Advanced Placement District of the Year. In 2019, it received an "A" rating from the Texas Education Agency, reflecting high student achievement and progress.

The candidate will provide services and support as a Consultant Services For Education Professional Development (Instructional Designer) in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Los Fresnos Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) | Los Fresnos CISD Education Department generally located in Los Fresnos, TX 78566 and across the CONUS - Southwest Area - Rio Grande Valley Region (Of Country/World).

Responsibilities and duties include creating and modernizing instructional content, integrating educational technology tools, and supporting instructional design projects for educators and academic programs.

Qualifications

Desired qualifications for Instructional Designer | Curriculum Development and Design candidates include:

• Experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or educational program creation.
• Technical proficiency, innovation in instructional media, learner-centered design.
• Experience designing digital learning environments and blended instructional solutions for educational organizations.

Standard skills required include proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, outstanding time management and prioritization abilities, adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities, ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail, excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills, and strong communication skills, both oral and written.
