From a welcoming front desk experience to fully equipped, private treatment rooms, everything is set up to support efficiency, comfort, and high-quality care. We serve a diverse and loyal patient base, allowing hygienists to build lasting relationships while practicing comprehensive care in a collaborative, multi-provider setting. Your Role as a Dental Hygienist Provide comprehensive hygiene care including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and long-term care strategies Capture and interpret digital x-rays Identify periodontal and restorative needs and collaborate with the dentist Maintain accurate patient records and ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient Support a smooth, efficient daily schedule and patient flow What You’ll Bring Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program (required) Active NY State Dental Hygienist license and CPR certification (required) 1–2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Team-oriented attitude with a focus on quality care Your Schedule Part-Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays Flexible hours aligned with practice operations A Role Where You Can Thrive At CDC of Richmond Hill, hygienists are a critical part of the patient experience — not rushed, not overlooked.
