How You’ll Make an Impact Initiate and drive local measures to improve end‑to‑end process efficiency and close PLM business capability gaps. Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for PLM system development. Organize and support Key User communities and facilitate stakeholder meetings. Represent site interests in global PLM programs and enable local activities for system releases and major PLM projects. Oversee local PLM projects, consult on process and tool improvements, and prioritize local PLM improvement activities. What You Bring Leadership experience from system development projects and strong stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of business PLM processes, data, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Proven experience with Organizational Change Management and engineering tool implementation in a large industrial context. Excellent communication skills, a customer‑focused approach, and a holistic end‑to‑end perspective. Proficiency in Swedish and English, and an engineering or equivalent degree.
