Field RN Nurse Coordinator - In-Home Care (Part-Time)

United Energy Workers Healthcare seeks a part-time Nurse Coordinator (RN) to deliver in-home patient care and supervise field-based clinical support. The role collaborates with Case Managers and physicians to ensure continuity of care and timely documentation.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR certification, and preferably prior home health experience. Travel between locations in a personal vehicle is required, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
