Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Title: AI Engineer Location: Pennington, NJ Hybrid 3 days Potential 3 years contract Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field Strong proficiency in Python programming, with experience building scalable AI/ML systems Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks, particularly LangGraph, and emerging standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) Strong experience designing and implementing advanced RAG architectures, including Graph RAG Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex Proven experience deploying LLM-powered production systems Strong experience with Python ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn Hands-on experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search) and semantic retrieval systems Deep understanding of agent orchestration patterns, including planning, reflection, tool usage, and multi-agent collaboration Strong understanding of LLMOps/MLOps, including CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and performance optimization Working knowledge of Model Risk Management (MRM) frameworks including governance, validation, and lifecycle controls Proficiency with development tools such as GitHub, VS Code, JIRA, and modern engineering workflows Desired skills: Experience working in an Agile development methodology Experience with RAG and LLM inform business strategies, and work with natural language processing (NLP) tools to enhance customer insights and automation. The position includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining and improving AI systems, documenting technical work, and ensuring solutions are scalable and secure. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including experience with programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python, Java, or C++). Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with hands-on experience in designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models. Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including working with NLP frameworks and tools to build text-based analytics and automation solutions. Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and experience deploying models to production environments. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience applying AI solutions in marketing, sales, or revenue-focused contexts is a plus, along with familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). #J-18808-Ljbffr
