Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Day Shift with a 2‑year commitment Schedule: This position is for the weekend dedicated‑call OR RN. Call hours are Friday at 5:00 pm to Monday at 7:00 am, 40 hours guaranteed. Our team The operating room is equipped with six beds and handles an average of 400 cases per month. The scope of procedures includes a diverse range of specialties: ENT, cataract and retinal eye surgeries, gynecologic, laparoscopic and endoscopic, orthopaedic, pain management, plastic and reconstructive and gastroenterological surgeries. The majority of cases are general and orthopaedic. Surgical operations are conducted Monday through Friday, with additional night, weekend and holiday call rotations to ensure continuous coverage. Health and Fitness Center What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. AHA Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. AHA ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
