Sr. Clinical Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Clinical Project Manager - 177232 to join the team of a leader in the Staffing space. This role will drive the planning and execution of complex global clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. The position partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to align scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk management efforts while supporting strong study performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep clinical project leadership experience and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through highly regulated research programs. This opportunity is well suited for someone who can balance operational discipline, clear communication, and team mentorship in a fast-paced global environment. Location: Remote Compensation: $165,000 – $175,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of global clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and strategies. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and risk management. Ensure achievement of study milestones and deliverables. Mentor team members and promote operational excellence and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. Extensive global clinical project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research. Preferred clinical trial experience in Cardiovascular, Hepatology/Liver Disease, or Obesity; Dermatology experience is a plus. Proven ability to lead complex global clinical trials and cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
