Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during overnight shifts
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout the shift
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and implement patient care plans
• Communicate effectively with oncoming shift staff during handoff to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Prior experience in a Medical Surgical nursing setting
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
