Senior Contracts Administrator

Supporting contract management activities in a hybrid role, the Senior Contracts Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing the entire contract administration life cycle while working on-site in Moorestown, NJ, and remotely on designated days. Key responsibilities: Ensure compliance with contracts policies and facilitate effective implementation within program objectives Negotiate agreements, analyze and resolve OCI issues, and participate in proposal preparation and bid strategy development Represent the company in contract, pricing, or performance reviews with federal government agencies Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of contracts administration experience or MBA with 3+ years of experience U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance Experience managing complex Government contracts, including Cost Reimbursable contracts Proficiency in MS Office Products and ability to learn company-specific programs Ability to foster collaborative relationships with various stakeholders, including Contracting Officers and internal teams
