Benefits Health, Dental, Vision + ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) What You'll Do • Create and develop detailed electrical and shelter design drawings • Interpret bid documents, customer specs, and supplied drawings • Perform calculations (AC service, HVAC, energy, structural) • Prepare work orders and bills of materials (BOMs) • Provide technical support to internal teams and customers • Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and engineering teams • Assist with additional design and engineering tasks as needed What We're Looking For • Background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Architectural design • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (required) • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) • Solid math skills (algebra, geometry, formulas) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience & Education • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering OR equivalent hands-on experience • 0-5+ years of electrical design experience (level-dependent) • Experience with electrical systems design preferred
