About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: CVOR Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: GA or Compact RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CNOR, TNCC Must-Have: - Previous Charge Experience: Minimum of 2 years - Patient Ratio Experience: 1:1 - Charting System Experience: Epic Description: The unit requires weekend availability included in call requirements. Call requires 12-15 days in a 6-week schedule, including a minimum of 2 weekends. Staff may float within facility/scope of practice. Minimum experience required is 2 years. The unit accepts first-time travelers. Orientation is mandatory and consists of core items and modules. Major holidays will require working if they fall within the assignment period. Healthcare professionals will need to maintain full compliance to start on time. If compliance documents are not complete, a pushback of 2 weeks may occur. The unit treats adult and geriatric patients, with a daily census of 25 surgical cases. Staffing support includes a range of interdisciplinary teams. Travelers must adhere to the specific requirements set forth by the unit.
