This role offers the opportunity to develop scalable, high-performance data pipelines while partnering with data scientists, consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, actionable data.If you enjoy solving complex data challenges, working with cloud technologies, and building reliable data infrastructure that drives business decisions, this is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact.## **What You'll Do*** Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines that integrate data from a variety of internal and external sources.* Build and maintain robust data platforms that support advanced analytics, reporting, and predictive modeling initiatives.* Develop, test, troubleshoot, and enhance data products to meet evolving business and client needs.* Monitor system performance and ensure high levels of data quality, integrity, and availability.* Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, consultants, and business stakeholders to improve data accessibility and usability.* Implement modern software engineering best practices including automated testing, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.* Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability.* Help deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that create measurable business value for clients.## **Qualifications*** 3–6 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a related data engineering role.* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.* Strong experience designing and building scalable, data-intensive applications and pipelines.* Proficiency in **Python** and **SQL**, with experience developing efficient, maintainable code for large datasets.* Experience with distributed data processing technologies such as **Apache Spark** and/or **Databricks**.* Experience working with cloud platforms including **AWS**, **Microsoft Azure**, or **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**.* Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as **Apache Airflow**.* Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code.* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on improving data reliability and quality.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.* Experience in financial services, consulting, or risk management is a plus.## **Why Join This Opportunity?*** Make an impact from day one with ownership of meaningful technical projects.* Work alongside highly skilled engineers, consultants, and data professionals on challenging, high-value initiatives.* Develop modern cloud-based data solutions using cutting-edge technologies.* Partner directly with clients to solve complex business challenges through data.* Expand your technical expertise while working across multiple industries and business domains.* Join a collaborative culture that values innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.* Enjoy opportunities for professional growth while helping shape the future of enterprise data platforms.## **About Saige Partners**At **Saige Partners**, we connect exceptional talent with organizations where they can make an immediate impact.
