Fall Cleanup Crew
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7 AM or 8 AM until 4:30 PM or 5 PM (until finished) Some Saturdays required; No Sunday work
Pay: $20 per hour Service Area: Grand Rapids
Job SummaryIn this role you will assist with seasonal yard cleanup using a leaf vacuum, rakes, tarps, and basic hand tools to remove leaves and debris from residential and commercial properties. You will be assisting the team with leaf collection, hauling, and site cleanup while maintaining safe, efficient work practices and highquality results. Must be able to lift 75–100 lbs. while utilizing the leaf vacuum.
What you'll be doing· Assist with seasonal yard cleanup using leaf vacuums, rakes, tarps, and hand tools. · Collect, haul, and dispose of leaves and debris from residential and commercial properties. · Maintain safe, efficient work practices and highquality cleanup standards. · Support the team with site preparation, debris removal, and endofday cleanup. · Operate leaf vacuum equipment and assist with loading/unloading materials. · Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or equipment concerns.
What we're looking for· Ability to lift 75–100 lbs. while operating leaf vacuum equipment. · Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in seasonal conditions. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Reliable transportation to job sites. · Willingness to work some Saturdays; no Sunday work.
OrientationOrientation will be on 10/26/2026 from 9 AM – 2 PM.
