Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate for its Private Equity Finance team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance. Experience with sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings preferred. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Proficiency in financial analysis and legal research.
