Construction Laborers – Solar Farm
NCW IS HIRING – CONSTRUCTION LABORERS
NCW is now hiring Construction Laborers for a large-scale Solar Farm Project starting MID-SEPTEMBER 2026!
We are hiring NOW ahead of the project start , so apply early and secure your spot!
PAY: DOE
NO PER DIEM – LOCAL WORK
JOB DETAILS:
- Start Date: Mid-September 2026
- Schedule: 10–12 hour shifts
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Construction and solar farm labor
- No previous solar experience required
- Training provided for motivated candidates
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist with installation of solar farm components
- Load, unload, move, and stage construction materials
- Assist skilled trades and construction crews
- Dig, shovel, grade, and prepare work areas
- Operate basic hand tools and construction equipment
- Assist with solar panel and racking installation
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow jobsite safety rules and instructions
- Perform physically demanding work for extended periods
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
