And here’s where you come in: As part of our engineering team, you will play a central role in the conception, prototyping, building, testing, and monitoring of new features. Your Tasks

• Develop features from start to finish, from the idea through rollout to further iterations.
• Work in a complex domain where clean design, thoughtful abstraction, and a good understanding of business logic are crucial.
• Contribute to both the experimental development of prototypes and the development of long-term maintainable systems.
• Actively shape our platform, from local dev setup to monitoring in production.
• Work closely with other developers through pairing, code reviews, and regular exchange.
• Shape the technical and product-side orientation – your opinion counts.

What You Bring

• Experience in independently developing products in the B2B SaaS environment.
• You find your way in complex domains, such as finance or insurance, and can structure them meaningfully.
• You know when quick experimentation makes sense and when it’s about quality.
• You communicate clearly and structured in German (at least C1) and English, especially on technical topics.
• You like working in a team, whether it’s pairing, architecture discussions, or learning together.
• You are remote-first experienced and know how to work closely together even remotely.
• You value solid fundamentals more than the next hot tech trend.

Tech Stack

• TypeScript all the way: Our backend is a monolithic NestJS server, our frontend in React.
• PostgreSQL as the primary database.
• Our infrastructure runs completely on AWS.
