American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.Education: Bachelor's degree required.
