Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, gathering relevant information to fully understand their mental health needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client evaluations, utilizing evidence-based practices that align with their goals.
• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions that address various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers and team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuous education opportunities, staying informed about the latest advancements and best practices in the field.
• Provide input on service delivery improvements and participate in program evaluations to enhance the overall effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population facing a wide array of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active, state-issued license or certification as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field, providing therapeutic services to individuals facing emotional and psychological issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport quickly and effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred but not essential.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and an understanding of current mental health treatment trends.
• Experience in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, and in dealing with a variety of mental health issues.
• Proficient in employing teletherapy techniques and using digital communication tools to engage clients.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
