- Medical AssistantHot JobGrand Junction Main - Grand Junction, CO 81504## OverviewSalary Range$19.53 - $23.85 HourlyPosition TypeFull TimeJob ShiftDay## Description**$1,000 Sign-On Bonus** Pay: **$19.53 – $23.85 per hour** Schedule: **Full-Time****Why Work Here*** $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires* Shift schedule supporting work-life balance* Stable, full-time role in a patient-centered clinic* Supportive team environment with strong onboarding and training* Opportunities to grow your skills and participate in quality improvement efforts* Meaningful patient care where your work makes a daily impact* Saturday shift with differential needed**What You’ll Do*** Room patients and assist providers during exams and procedures* Prepare and stock exam rooms* Perform point-of-care testing and venipuncture* Administer injections and vaccinations per orders* Manage prescription refills and follow up on labs and testing* Schedule appointments and support clinic workflow* Maintain high standards of patient care and safety## Qualifications**What We’re Looking For****Required*** High school diploma or equivalent* 1+ year of clinical experience* Knowledge of medical terminology* Strong communication and multitasking skills* Comfort using EMR systems and Microsoft Office**Preferred*** Certified Medical Assistant program completion* Bilingual Spanish/English (Not required)**Health & Safety Requirements**Employment in a medical facility requires proof of:* TDAP (current booster)* MMR series* Varicella* Hepatitis B series* Annual Flu vaccine* TB screening
