Operations Administrator / Administrative Assistant

• Location: Las Vegas, Nevada area (local candidates only please)
• Schedule: On-site/Full-time Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm PST with ability to work extended hours if business calls for it
• Compensation: Non-exempt / Hourly position equaling ~$65,000 to $75,000 plus overtime potential, plus discretionary bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits

Summary: Well-established, growing company seeks a detail-oriented Operations Administrator / Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Las Vegas, NV area. New role based on growth. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting internal operations professionals who focus on legal, financial, other matters by handling legal form filings, Firm-wide conflict checks, data management/entry, research, etc.. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a working knowledge of AI-assisted tools. This role requires a proactive, focused individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities – Operations Administrator / Administrative Assistant :

• Legal form filings and proper research to gain knowledge of and understanding how vital accuracy is to the tasks at hand
• Review, edit data
• Assist operations teams (e.g. legal, financial, other) in preparing, proofreading, and filing documents / applications / etc.
• Conduct, review Firm-wide conflicts checks against related parties
• Maintain organized files and manage document workflows
• Track, calendar deadlines and filing schedules
• Generate, populate templates in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Utilize AI-assisted tools (e.g., document automation, legal research platforms) to enhance workflow efficiency
• Provide administrative support to Operations teams and beyond
• Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications – Operations Administrator / Administrative Assistant :

• Associates degree or higher preferred
• 4 years’ relevant administrative-focused experience ideal – experience in a professional services environment (law firm, management advisory / consulting firm, similar a plus) – or a corporate setting
• High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) required
• Process mindset (ability to improve processes and execute of task)
• Strong attention to detail with a proven behavior of accuracy, proofreading / editing skills, organization skills, planning and data management/entry are key
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Availability for full-time work, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with flexibility for after-hours work as needed
