Schedule/Hours:

• Rotating shifts with guaranteed 36 or 40-hour workweeks.
• Every other weekend or as discussed during interview.
• Floating to other units as needed.
• Call requirements may be discussed during interview.

Core Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapy experience.
• Valid RRT certification.
• Proven skill in Adult Critical Care.
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system.
• Willingness to float within hospital based on patient needs.

Preferred Experience:

• Advanced skills/procedures performed in hospital respiratory units.
• Unit-specific or specialty certifications.
• Prior track record in high-acuity, multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care to patients in critical and acute care settings.
• Operate and manage advanced respiratory equipment.
• Document processes and patient progress using Meditech.
• Adhere to department safety, infection control, and attendance policies.
• Maintain compliance with appearance standards: Clean scrubs, no artificial nails, neat hair, and limited visible tattoos and piercings.

$1,694 - $1,792/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
