Your Role Awaits

• Execute a range of essential and advanced clinical laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others, adhering to established protocols.
• Scrutinize test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and conduct routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing, as necessary.
• Keep detailed records of all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and ensure lab quality standards are consistently upheld.
• Uphold a clean and safe laboratory environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification actively throughout your time with us.
