Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.08 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or access credentials, and following site-specific security-related procedures at the front desk. Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage visitor registration and sign-in processes, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Answer questions, provide directions, and support employees, guests, and vendors while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns in a professional financial services setting. Complete required logs, reports, and incident documentation, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
