King Penn LLC is seeking a Janitorial professional to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

The Janitorial role is responsible for keeping assigned indoor and outdoor areas clean and presentable. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, support facility upkeep, and help ensure spaces meet basic safety and hygiene standards.

This is a full-time, onsite position in Vista, CA, ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, follow cleaning procedures consistently, and maintain a strong attention to detail.

• Perform routine janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and trash removal.

• Clean and restock restrooms, break areas, and other assigned facilities as needed to maintain hygiene standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of floors, entryways, common areas, and designated offices or rooms.

• Follow assigned cleaning schedules and adhere to established safety procedures while using cleaning supplies.

• Notify supervisors of maintenance issues, damage, or supplies that need replenishment.

• Ability to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong commitment to completing assigned work accurately and on time.

• Basic understanding of safe cleaning practices and proper handling of cleaning supplies.

• Consistent attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards independently.

• Ability to work onsite in Vista, CA for a full-time schedule.

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning experience.

• Experience working in shared office, commercial, or community settings.

• Familiarity with cleaning schedules, task prioritization, and maintaining organized work areas.

• Comfort working with minimal supervision while following procedures and quality expectations.
