Clinical Management Consultants

Director, Hospital Benefits & Total Rewards The Director, Hospital Benefits & Total Rewards will be a key leader within Human Resources at a mission‑driven, patient‑first healthcare organization serving Western Maryland and surrounding communities. The role focuses on translating the organization’s clinical breadth into modern total rewards that attract, grow, and retain exceptional people. Responsibilities Mentor and elevate a high‑performing compensation and benefits team. Craft board‑ready analytics and recommendations to keep the organization ahead of market shifts. Design and steward health plans, retirement programs, wellbeing initiatives, leave strategies, and other comprehensive benefits. Partner with executives on workforce planning, labor cost modeling, and talent optimization. Monitor regulations and emerging practices to advance wellbeing and affordability. Qualifications More than seven years of progressive compensation‑and‑benefits leadership in healthcare. Deep expertise in healthcare benefits design, analytics, and strategic workforce planning. Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to collaborate at executive level. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
