Job Summary
Seeking an ERP Finance Business Analyst to support finance transformation initiatives and PeopleSoft Financials enhancements across core corporate finance functions.
Required Skills
- 10+ years Business Analysis; 5+ years ERP
- PeopleSoft Financials
- Business process analysis & requirements gathering
- PeopleSoft Query & Oracle SQL
- Process mapping / Visio
- Stakeholder management & workshop facilitation
- AP, Expenses, Purchasing, Cash Management, GL
- Business requirements and functional documentation
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current-state finance processes
- Gather and validate business/functional requirements
- Create process maps and swim-lane diagrams
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Support PeopleSoft testing, issue resolution, and validation
- Collaborate with finance, business, IT, and project teams
Nice to Have: Oracle Fusion ERP, Finance Transformation, ERP Modernization, CBAP/PeopleSoft certification.
