AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Though the Stockroom is your home base, you flex your skills to support team and guest needs on the Salesfloor, representing AEO values and bringing your real self to work daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process shipments, replenish stock, apply markdowns, and perform merchandising to keep product moving efficiently. Maintain the Stockroom, ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are organized and functional. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop action plans, and execute improvements. Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks and support guests whenever needed. Adhere to safety, asset protection, and AEO policies and procedures in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Love for AE and Aerie products. Strong organization, attention to detail, priority setting, and time‑management skills. Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Previous stock‑related experience.

PAY & BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion. Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part time or full time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
