What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds and a busy newborn nursery
• Manage high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and intervention
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for neonatal patients
• Support newborn stabilization, admission, and discharge processes
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal services in a community-focused hospital
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the unit

What You Need

• Active Georgia APRN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• 2+ years of experience in neonatal intensive care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and support a 24/7 unit
