Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP Analytics Consultant on behalf of our client in a Remote opportunity with some travel.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics professional with strong expertise in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise analytics solutions, integrating SAP and cloud data sources, and working directly with business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Analytics implementations, including solution architecture, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live.

• Design scalable analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere, SAC, and BDC .

• Build data models, semantic layers, dashboards, stories, and self-service BI solutions.

• Integrate SAP Datasphere with S/4HANA, BW, CDS Views, and cloud data platforms .

• Design and deploy SAC Planning solutions, including data actions, allocations, version management, and multi-currency models.

• Support SAP Business Data Cloud adoption and integration with Databricks and AI/ML capabilities .

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective analytics solutions.

• Participate in client workshops, solution demonstrations, proposals, and analytics practice initiatives.

• Collaborate effectively with both onshore and offshore delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Management Consulting .

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

  • SAP Datasphere / SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC)

  • SAP BW/4HANA

• Experience delivering full-cycle SAP Analytics implementations.

• Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere architecture , including Spaces, Data Builder, Business Builder, replication flows, data flows, and remote tables.

• Experience with SAC Story Design, Planning Applications, live/import connections, and data blending .

• Working knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and SAP Business AI capabilities.

• Experience integrating SAP environments with platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or Databricks .

• Previous project or team leadership experience in a consulting environment.

• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience supporting analytics solutions within Finance, Supply Chain, Sales/Commercial, or HR/Workforce domains.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, or SAP BW/4HANA .

• Experience with Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake .

• Familiarity with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and SAC Planning.

• Exposure to SAP Signavio and process mining.

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe .

• Knowledge of SAP Public Cloud Analytics .

• Familiarity with SAP HANA Cloud Knowledge Graph and its use as a semantic layer for AI/Joule scenarios.

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, Data, or a related field.
