Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to provide at-home therapy services in Hastings, FL 32145 Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting. Responsibilities Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR All remedies are as allowed by state licensure boards and practice acts.
