Bilingual Senior Recruiter - Electrical Contracting

The Senior Recruiter supports Enterprise Electrical's continued growth by leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for field, office, and leadership roles across a multi-state workforce. This role partners closely with hiring managers, field leadership, and HR to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a fast-paced commercial electrical construction environment. The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in building strong teams that directly support project execution and long-term business success. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following: Serve as a strategic recruiting partner for hiring managers, field leadership, and department heads Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support Recruit for a wide range of roles including Journeymen, Apprentices, Foremen, Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and corporate support positions Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, culture fit, availability, and alignment with project needs Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct outreach Promote and manage the employee referral program in alignment with company guidelines Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding candidate pipelines, hiring timelines, and market conditions Ensure a professional, consistent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the applicant tracking system and ensure the recruitment tracker is consistently updated with current candidate and requisition status Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and efficiency Track and support recruiting metrics such as time to fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire Assist with workforce planning efforts in coordination with operations and project leadership Support the Director of Talent Acquisition with special initiatives, projects, or strategic recruiting efforts as assigned Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent recruiting experience Experience Requirements Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting within construction, skilled trades, electrical contracting, or industrial environments Experience supporting high-volume and multi-state hiring Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Ability to maintain professionalism, composure, and a high level of emotional intelligence when communicating with individuals at all levels, including during high-pressure or sensitive situations Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and calendar management skills with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and being punctual and prepared for meetings Associated Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities High sense of urgency and accountability Strong judgment and decision-making skills Ability to build credibility and trust with leadership and field teams Adaptability to changing business needs and project timelines Commitment to upholding Enterprise Electrical's core values Bilingual English and Spanish is required Enterprise Electrical's Core Values & Purpose Enterprise Electrical core values Safety First, Safety Always (Safety) Committed to Excellence (Greatness) Plan it, Do it, Own it (Accountability) Learn it, Know it, Teach it (Mentorship) One Team, One Goal (Teamwork) Positive Attitude Required (Positivity) Our Core Purpose: Building Relationships to Enrich Lives License/Certification Preferred: SHRM-CP or PHR certifications are a plus but not required.
