Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs and preferences
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Explain vehicle features, benefits, and available options
• Conduct test drives and assist customers throughout the purchase process
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and referrals
• Learn and execute all steps of the sales process
• Maintain customer records and CRM activities
• Work with management to achieve individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
• Ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
