Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in California
• Experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy strongly preferred
• Confident in evaluating and developing plans of care for K-8 students
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educational staff, families, and students
• Ability to manage a diverse, district-wide caseload efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services individually and in small groups to students ages K-8, according to IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings to support student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to integrate therapy strategies into classroom and school routines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and legal standards
• Travel between campuses as needed to serve a district-wide caseload
