We are currently seeking Licensed Electricians for permanent work on commercial and residential solar projects in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. Job Responsibilities: Install solar modules in accordance with code requirements and project specifications Perform conduit installation and pipe bending Work on ground mount solar systems Maintain a safe and productive jobsite Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team Qualifications: Active Minnesota Electrician License required OSHA 10 certification required Previous commercial and/or residential solar experience preferred Experience with ground mount systems, conduit work, and pipe bending Must have basic hand and power tools Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic Benefits: Competitive pay: $50–$55/hour Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Tool and tuition reimbursement Long-term work opportunities Interested candidates should submit a resume for immediate consideration.
