Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Job Description:
Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties and may work out of a central warehouse.rifies part numbers, serial numbers, and contractual requirements. Reviews packing slips, shipping documents, and bills of lading while maintaining accurate logistics records within company databases. Uses computer systems for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting shipment activities. Follows established shipping practices, transportation routing, schedules, and shipping requirements. Receives incoming materials and utilizes various databases for liability sign-off. Ve
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform shipping and receiving activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Use computerized systems to track, verify, log, and report shipment information.
- Receive incoming materials and complete liability sign-off using company databases.
- Verify part numbers, serial numbers, and contractual requirements.
- Review packing slips, shipping documentation, and bills of lading for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and shipment documentation.
- Follow transportation routing, shipping schedules, and warehouse procedures.
- Support warehouse operations while ensuring timely and accurate material movement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Up to one (1) year of specialized instruction in general office procedures.
- Minimum of four (4) years of directly related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with six (6) years of directly related experience.
- Experience using computer systems for shipping, receiving, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office , including Excel .
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations.
Education / Experience:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent plus up to one (1) year of specialized instruction in general office procedures , and a minimum of four (4) years of directly related experience , or a High School Diploma or equivalent plus six (6) years of directly related experience .
