A Data Scientist learns the job while performing hands-on analytics and modeling. Adhere to our culture of humility, curiosity, and impact Process data using Python, PySpark, and Databricks Develop models and dashboards Learn the job while performing hands-on analytics and modeling Help business partners make more profitable decisions based on customer and prospect insights Customer interaction for collecting data in Subscription model; collect feedback and implement improvements Experience with statistical software and database languages Experience using data science to improve customer experience and business profitability Proficiency in Python packages such as PySpark, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and lifelines Theoretical and practical knowledge of methods such as frequentist statistics, Bayesian statistics, forecasting, optimization, causal inference, machine learning, and natural language processing Proficiency with version control Experience with reading and writing data in the cloud Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates across functions with strong skills in persuasive and informative speaking Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or related field Prefer someone from Retail domain with customer interaction and retention experience, possibly in subscription model #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel Inc.
