Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 10/05/2026 \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, nights \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n Candidates residing within 50–100 miles of the facility may be subject to a reduced rate or may not be accepted. \n Applicants must have worked in this unit or setting within the past year to be considered for this position. \n \n Job Title\n Travel Registered Nurse – ICU (Nights) Location\n Idaho Falls, ID | Acute Care (Level 2 Trauma Center) Schedule / Job Type\n Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Three 12-hour shifts per week | Every other weekend required Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide direct patient care in a 29-bed general ICU at a Level 2 Trauma Center, maintaining patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 \n Perform and support advanced procedures including intubations, central line placement, bronchoscopies, and bedside trach and PEG tube placements \n Manage ventilated patients, interpret ABGs, and titrate vasoactive drips with proficiency \n Conduct hemodynamic monitoring utilizing equipment such as Edwards EV1000, CCO, Impella, IABP, and ECMO (Cardiohelp) \n Operate and manage CRRT (Primaflex) and Aleris pumps; document care using the Meditech system \n Float to ED or step-down units as needed per unit floating policy; on-call only required during census drops \n Required Qualifications\n \n Active RN License (must be valid for the state of Idaho or compact eligibility) \n ACLS certification required \n BLS certification required \n Minimum 2 years of ICU experience \n Advanced proficiency in vent management, ABG interpretation, vasoactive drip titration, and hemodynamic monitoring \n Preferred Experience / Skills\n \n TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale, or ABLS certification \n Experience with CRRT, Impella, IABP, or ECMO \n Familiarity with Meditech documentation system \n Experience in a trauma center or burn center environment \n Why Join Us\n \n Join a high-acuity ICU team with an average of 12 years of ICU experience, supporting a robust heart program, burn center, and full spectrum of critical care services including ECMO and CRRT \n Gain exposure to a diverse and complex patient population within a Level 2 Trauma Center offering a wide range of advanced critical care procedures and technologies \n \n \n \n Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 779474.
