Job Description 10K Sign On Bonus 15K Commencement Bonus Responsibilities Responsible for providing direct inpatient clinical care and managing medical problems of acutely ill, hospitalized adult, non‑surgical patients. The Hospitalist leads the interdisciplinary team to improve efficiency and facilitate continuum of care from admission through discharge. This includes general adult medicine, internal medicine consults as requested, critical care management and management of patients with comorbidities. The Hospitalist will carry out assigned duties displaying the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct and acting in the best interest of Sentara Medical Group and Sentara Healthcare. Qualifications Residency and board certification in area of specialty; board‑eligible physicians will be considered. Certification must be obtained within 4 years of eligibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
